there wasn't a built-in option to turn off the beeping sound completely on all Instant Pot models, but there were a couple of workarounds you could try:

  1. Mute Button (If Available): Some Instant Pot models have a mute button or a volume control that allows you to silence or reduce the sound. Check your Instant Pot's user manual to see if your model has this feature and how to use it.

  2. Cover the Steam Release Valve: The beeping sound is triggered when the steam release valve pops up at the end of cooking. If you cover the valve with a towel or a cloth while releasing pressure, the sound might be muffled or less noticeable.

  3. Unplug the Instant Pot Quickly: As soon as your cooking time is complete, you can quickly unplug the Instant Pot from the power source. This will prevent the beeping sound from occurring.

Please note that modifying or tampering with electrical appliances may void the warranty or cause safety hazards. If you are unsure or uncomfortable trying these methods, it's always best to refer to the user manual or contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Since my information might be outdated, it's a good idea to check the user manual of your specific Instant Pot model or visit the manufacturer's website for the most up-to-date information on how to manage or mute the beeping sound. Newer models might have introduced additional features or settings to address this concern.
