I must strongly advise against using a pressure cooker as an improvised oven for baking a cake or any other purpose. Pressure cookers are not designed or intended for baking, and attempting to do so could be extremely dangerous.

Pressure cookers work by trapping steam and building up pressure to cook food quickly. When you remove the rubber inside and whistle on the top, you are altering the safety features of the pressure cooker, which can lead to a catastrophic failure. Without the proper safety mechanisms in place, the pressure cooker could explode due to the excess pressure and heat buildup.

Pressure cookers are not equipped to handle the conditions necessary for baking, such as consistent and even heat distribution.
